   We ship retail orders anywhere in the United States via First-Class Mail w/Delivery Confirmation. International orders, including Canada, are shipped via First-Class International Mail. (Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for international delivery.)

HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR YOGAHEART MP3 FILE:

Downloading and playing MP3 files is easy. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation which includes an instant link to download the MP3 file that you purchased.

To download, right click (Windows) or option-click (Mac) on the link. A sub-menu will open giving the option to save the file to your computer.

Note: If you just click on the link, it will play but NOT be downloaded to your computer. You must download the MP3 file to physically have in on your computer. You can play it on the internet, without downloading, but the file will not be placed onto your computer and you will not be able to find it in the future.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
FOR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

If you need to return a product to us, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization by using our SUPPORT FORM, or by calling us at 510-301-8997 (please leave a brief voice message).

We will respond promptly and courtesly with details concerning the return your merchandise for a refund or replacement. Please do NOT send any returns to us without our prior authorization.
