Actually, I am a long-time friend and associate of Susan Winter Ward, creator of Yoga for the Young at Heart. In fact, the photo you see above was taken a few years ago when I lived in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, the home of Susan and Yoga for the Young at Heart.
